Trip to Omaha, Yet Another Stoffel Wedding

Continuing a very busy November the family headed to Omaha for yet another Stoffel wedding. This time it was Dad's cousin Erin.

We drove in on Thursday after preschool hitting the hotel around 9pm. We were a bit skeptical about the car trip with a pregnant woman, a preschooler and toddler. Good naps and a charged DVD player led to a successful trip.

Friday we headed to the mall for some playtime and shopping. That evening we went over to the Sennett's for dinner meeting Syler's new baby sister Mya.

Saturday morning we were invited over to Laura's house for a warm family brunch. The kids had fun playtime with yet another set of "cousins." Saturday afternoon Dad headed to the wedding ceremony while Mom napped with the kids at the hotel. Everyone reunited at the reception that evening at Boys Town. Dinner, drinks, dancing and fun was had by all. Ella has become quite the "Dancing Queen" and had to be held back during the wedding party dances. Hank lasted half the evening eventually crashing in the stroller. Time was spent visiting with Grandma and Grandpa Chatterton and meeting new cousin Arianna.

Sunday morning we had brunch with Dad's friend Matt and Baby Cole before heading out. Although few pictures were taken (oops), fun was had by all.

Hanging out in the hotel. A portable crib was a good containment device for Hank, big sis keeping him company.

Chillin watching 'toons in the morning.

A hugging/ wrestling session is always soon to follow.

Ok - enough of that sis.

Dressed to impressed for the wedding fun.

A snack trap is always quick to ensure cooperation.

A Christmas tree was just being setup in the lobby. Very festive.
