Christmas Trees

As is tradition the weekend after Thanksgiving we headed out to find the perfect Christmas tree. The local nursery Arapahoe Acres had a broad selection of Christmas trees, a model train and Christmas store. Initially Ella was not too enthused about looking for a tree, a game of chase among the trees brightened her spirits quickly. The perfect tree quickly chosen we headed inside to watch the model train, "Thomas" according to Ella and then browsed the Christmas shop. We managed to exit the store with only one ornament casualty.

Mom decked the tree out with lights and it was up to Ella and Dad to adorn it with ornaments. Dad handed Ella the first ornament (glass??) two steps towards the tree and crash. Whoops. After a brief clean up Ella was delegated the official bell hanger. One more ornament casualty (Dad this time) the tree was finally done.
