Happy Halloween

So Halloween #2 in Colorado...this time no snow! This year the plan is to trick-or-treat our own neighborhood. With our little farmer last year, Mom had the stroller decked out; this year it included our little cow!

Our three munchkins get ready for the evening's festivities. We have a princess, a dragon, and the aforementioned cow!

Down the block to pick up friends, Thomas the conductor and David the bear! Trying to get a picture of everyone standing still is next to impossible, but we got close!

Things started quickly, you wouldn't know that this is still sugar free fun!

We had a rare moment for a family photo snapped by someone else. Almost all smiles! After this unnecessary delay (in Ella's opinion) we worked our way up and down the street until darkness fell...only a couple of houses were deemed too scary to make it all the way to the porch!

Pumpkin carving occurred earlier in the week and the kids were none to enthused to participate. Mom and Dad trudged on and everyone had a pumpkin carved in their honor. Too bad our porch is westward facing as the sun crumpled our carvings a bit...

P.S. One can note that Jack's costume was a bit pink and Hank's dragon was riding up just a bit...but it was all in fun and with the chill in the air both kids were plenty warm!
