I'm a Big Boy Now!

As he nears his 2nd birthday, it's amazing to look back at the last few months as our little man has started to come into his own...

Back on the fourth he was all action while awaiting the parade in Littleton. It was a bit hot and there was not a lot of shade, so the only way to get the air flowing was with a little swinging.

Brother and sister model their hats in preparation for the coming winter, it was only 95 degrees that day.

Mac or PC? It doesn't matter as long as there is access to PBS Kids online game extravaganza! (For the record Mom votes Mac!) Big sister gets to drive most the time and Hank is a dutiful assistant/spectator.

There actually is some water in Colorado, not all that far from our house in fact; albeit a reservoir. Brother and sister enjoy a warm day at the beach of Chatfield.

Look at me Mom!

Decorating pumpkins at Aunt Cary's house in the Claw...concentration and motor skills in action!

And given an unsupervised moment, Mr. Hank will dismantle all available puzzles, toys, and games to find the choo choo piece in each game.

Given another unsupervised moment, beware of the carnage in the bathroom...brushing your teeth is such fun. Hank has been found brushing his teeth in the middle of the night.

Choo Choo! well after we get out of the gift shop at the railroad museum in Golden (it has a Thomas train table), there is some fun to be had in the yard. Hank routinely requests to go to the "choo choo museum" and is often instigated by his big sister. He is not dissuaded from climbing everything possible by his nearly two year old stature.

It is all sooo tiring...
