General Mischief and Mayhem

There are several small moments of mischief that don't necessarily deserve a whole post.

After a trip to Costco when Mom and Dad were putting away the groceries, Ella was suspiciously quiet. Apparently she was able to open the box of wipes, open the package and pull out all the wipes one by one. Lots of fun.


Although in good spirits, here is Ella during one of many colds she has had this season. She and her playgroup friends have taken turns passing around every bug that has hit the Northwest. Her doctor says this will only strengthen her immune system for later - I guess that is the hope they give to exhausted parents.

Every morning while Mom is in the shower Ella sits on our bed and watches Sesame Street (aka "Elmo".) She generally brings an assortment of blankets, books and baby dolls with her for company. One morning as Mom was getting out of the shower Ella ran by clutching Mom's lipgloss. Unknown to Mom, Ella can now unscrew caps. There was lipgloss all over Ella, smeared on the bed and all over Ella's new baby doll. After cleaning up the mess (lipgloss does stain by the way) Ella caught a glimpse of her baby doll and dissolved into hysterics. Ella can be quite particular if things aren't exactly so. Not to worry the baby is now cleaned, although still a bit sparkly.
