Reindeer, Trains & Koi Oh My

In the spirit of the holidays we thought we'd introduce Ella & Hank to Santa's reindeer; you know, try and get a good word in with the jolly old man. Coincidentally a local nursery happened to have two on hand here in Seattle....

And what would a nursery be without a koi pond? Here Ella & Dad pet (?) the fish.



The reindeer must have been stand ins for Santa's; they appeared to be a miniature variety. Either way, Ella wasn't quite sure what to make of them....and they didn't hold her interest too long.

There was also a train table that garnered more attention than the reindeer...

In the end, who can beat a gift shop? The rocking reindeer was a hit!

Mom even had a chance to unbundle as we attempted to get a picture of Mom with the kids. It almost worked....

Naturally, Ella posed once the intended moment was over.
