Another trip to the Big "O"

Fall seemed an appropriate season for a trip to see the family in Nebraska (winter hadn't kicked in yet).

It had been several months since Ella had seen her grandparents, and months in Ella's development seem to fly by. A low-key dinner kicked off the trip.

Grandpa's goatee made Ella a bit apprehensive at first, but she was all smiles after that.

Andrew, Anita, & Cameron were all able to join us for dinner.

Cousins got along from the start.

Ella seemed to be having plenty of fun all by herself.

It was all quite tiring and the time change from Pacific to Central didn't help. Ella was a trooper but found the end of her rope. Mom and Dad rushed her out in a hurry and she fell asleep almost immediately.
